World powers agree to Syria transition plan

The UN-Arab League envoy Kofi Annan has proposed the formation of a transitional government in Syria. Annan told a summit of world powers in Geneva that it could include current president Bashir Al-Assad as well as members of the opposition. But there are still deep divisions.
