In the previous vlog you saw Indian travelling in Tajikistan doing hitchhiking started from Kishti Poyon near the first checkpost entry into the region of Gorno Badakshan area for which require the special permit known as GBAO permit which can also be obtained by applying for the E visa of Tajikistan. I covered the distance of almost 350 kms from Kishti Poyon to Khorog Tajikistan , took me almost 14 hours while hitchhiking and asking for the lift or ride from the multiple people. Pamiris are eastern Iranian ethnic group follows now Ismailism branch of Shia Muslims . Pamir people homes are also very unique and different like a prayer room , where you will find five supporting pillars, symbolising the five members of PBUH Ali’s family: PBUH Mohamed, his son-in-law Ali, Mohamed’s daughter PBUH Bibi Fatima (Ali’s wife), and their sons PBUH Hassan and PBUH Hussein , it has been suggested that in Zoroastrian religion symbolism the pillars may have corresponded to the major gods/goddesses (‘Yazata’ or ‘Eyzads’): Surush, Mehr, Anahita, Zamyod and Ozar. The number five also reflects the five principles of Islam.

How I came to this place in Khorog is also very interesting as I was standing near to the bridge and looking for cheap Hostels around and asking from the guy about the hostel , after waiting for few mins he took me to his own home , recorded few clips as well maybe will be showing in upcoming vlog. Pamiris are known by this name because being living around the Pamir mountains . Pamiris also drink salted Milk Tea usually when I travel to high altitude places I always get a chance to drink that special tea .

I have explored almost whole Khorog city , which I will experience with my own eyes including traditional Bazaar , bread , their culture , language and many other things which you will learn in this interesting vlog
