For those of us crazy enough to do it, working dogs as a decoy is exhilarating. It's also athletic, strenuous and and physically taxing. Here is a glimpse at how I train my body for performance and injury prevention.

All dogs showed in this video were highly trained working canines/ athlete exhibiting in competition. Any and all tools used were pre inspected by a certified dog trainer/sport judge in order to ensure safe execution of the protection/patrol scenario.
