Diwali is a festival of lights which is celebrated with family & friends by making lots of Diwali special sweets & snacks. Today we are going to see how to make a favourite snacks of all “chakli” which is also called “Murukku”. Chakli can be made in different ways. Traditionally chakli is made by washing rice & chana dal, drying them, then roast them include spices if required and then grinding all into fine powder in a mill. But today we are going to prepare instant chakli which is very easy to make by using ingredients available at home. It can be stored in an air tight container and can be had in evening snacks with tea. It’s a great homemade evening snacks.
