Now that my Silver Needle Noodles recipe is ready I made this Stir Fry. Not a Japanese seasoning here but I like it a lot anyway ;-)

Ingredients (for 3 people) :
Silver Needle Noodles for 3 people
1 carrot
15g fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
210g cabbage
some fresh red chili (optional)
250g pork belly
For the seasoning :
1 to 2 tbsp vegetable oil

a dash of sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
