This Lecture 87 in series of my YouTube Channel “Geotechnical Engineering Consultancy Tips” explains about Probable Methods of Seismic Design Hazard Analysis and Concept of Pile Foundations Failure in Liquefiable Soils after Earthquake Induced Liquefaction and as well describing the process of pile foundations undergoing gross deformations, in turn, resulting in the Superstructure either tilting or deforming. Thus, necessitating the need to determine the Site Response Analysis for Liquefied Soil profile wherein, the residual soil strength of liquefied soil is ascertained so that the performance criteria parameters of pile foundations can be fulfilled. A few references in it can be referred to and found in already published matter on the subject topic.
