I wrote it after a walk I took when I was feeling overwhelmed and worried.
Walking is therapy for me. As I passed people on the street, I began to wonder:

How are they doing today?
What are they going through?

That moment reminded me of something important.
We're all walking through life. Different stages. Different stories. But in many ways, we're the same.

If we can be a light for someone else, even in a small way, we help each other find our way through this long and strange journey called life.
