In this tutorial I will show you how to use the CC Particle World effect to create some great looking clouds in After Effects. Using a 3D camera we will then create a fly-through effect for multiple layers of clouds. We will integrate a city image into the scene and add some glowy night lights to turn our shot into a cool city-at-night scene!
