The Pan Africanist Congress of Azania says it will soon table the Redistribution of Land Bill in parliament, that will help fast-track the country's land reform programme.
The party says the Bill, which includes post-settlement support, will assist those whose land was taken away from them unlawfully.
This came out at the end of the PAC's three-day National Executive Committee Lekgotla that took place in Johannesburg.
This and other resolutions taken will be fed into the discussions of the Cabinet Lekgotla which starts in Pretoria on Wednesday.
The Cabinet Lekgotla's resolutions will form the basis of the State of the Nation Address.
