In this video, I take on the Winter Arc Challenge and start by shaving my head as a symbol of commitment to complete transformation. I’m pushing myself to the limits both mentally and physically For 100 days. I’m waking up at 4 a.m., working out twice a day, eating clean, meditating, reading books, and pushing my limits with ice baths. Along the way, I’m cutting out all distractions—no junk food, no smoking, no drinking, no random social media scrolling, and no unhealthy habits. This challenge is all about discipline, focus, and becoming the best version of myself. Watch my journey and see how far I can go!
