Featured on the North American version of Gran Turismo 3, this track was made by house DJ Dave Audé, around the time he became really relevant in the mainstream.
This is a straight rip of the PS2 ADPCM-encoded track from the GT3.VOL game archive of the disc. This is as lossless as the track gets through YouTube; this track's sample rate is natively 44100Hz; the audio here (initially rendered as PCM) and the YouTube compression of it (128kbps AAC, 160kbps Opus or 192kbps Vorbis, depending on device and/or browser) are at 48000Hz.
