SPOILER ALERT: THE ENDING IS SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO.
A good deal of Doom players faced the Spider Mastermind only to find out how easy it is to kill her with the BFG 9000, and how disappointing the battle was compared to the battle with the Cyberdemon.
So, I've decided to challenge myself by facing the final boss with nothing but a pistol and whatever weapons and ammo this map gives me. It actually gets pretty intense. The map offers just barely enough for me to defeat her by the skin of my teeth.
(By the way, the code to get to the final boss is "IDCLEV38". Just type it while playing the game.)
