Описание: Today’s recipe is How to Make Cambodian Vegetables Soup. In Khmer we call it Somlar Prohor. Some of the vegetables include kabocha, fuzzy squash, and mushroom. You may also use other vegetables to your liking. The essential ingredients to this soup are lemongrass, prahok (fish paste), and a lot of garlic. This soup is enjoyed with steam rice and a side dish of garlic salt and chili paste. Somlar Prohor normally cooks with fish but you may substitute it with pork or chicken. 2 stalks lemongrass សន្លឹកក្រី២កល់
6 cloves garlic ខ្ទឹមសរ៦គ្រាប់
400 g kabocha ល្ពៅ៤០០ក្រាម
320 g fuzzy squash ត្រឡាច៣២០ក្រាម
200 g mushroom ផ្សិត២០០ក្រាម
½ cup rice patty herb ម្អមកន្លះកែវ
½ cup basil ជីរក្រហមកន្លះកែវ
191 g baby shrimps កំពឹស១៩១ក្រាម
550 g catfish ត្រីឆ្លាំង៥៥០ក្រាម
2 cups fish meat ប្រហិតត្រី២កែវ
2 Tablespoons Prahok (fish paste) ប្រហុក២ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
3 Tablespoons fish sauce ទឹកត្រី៣ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
1 teaspoon salt អំបិល១ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
1 Tablespoon sugar ស្ករ១ស្លាមព្រាបាយ
1 Tablespoon chicken powder ម្ស៉ៅស៊ុបមាន់១ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
3 liter water ទឹក៣លីត

Ingredients for chili garlic salt paste គ្រឿងអំបិលម្ទេស
2 Tablespoons salt អំបិល២ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
10-12 chili ម្ទេស១០-១២គ្រាប់
6 cloves garlic ខ្ទឹមសរ៦គ្រាប់
¼ cup rice patty herb ម្អម១/៤កែវ
