Most golfers get this wrong and it wrecks their contact. If your shots are inconsistent, this is why.
Many golfers get stuck in their downswing, leading to poor strikes and weak shots.
This happens because your club path moves excessively in- to-out causing the low point to be too far behind the ball ❌
In order to fix this, give this a try:
✅ Step 1: Focus on keeping the hands in front of the body in transition
✅ Step 2: Feel your left shoulder work low & left through impact
✅ Step 3: Keep your right foot and knee from extending towards the ball
That’s how you create solid contact and pure strikes every time.
