Heaviest snow fall in the UK for 18 years.
Took this from my window as it started to fall. Then the following morning.
London came to a standstill, no buses, trains and few taxi's.
This meant many people were stranded in central London unable to get home from work or an evening out, unless they were near enough to walk. It is bitterly cold.
