Although I was able to pick other GeGe locks before without too much difficulties, this gave me headaches. After many hours of picking on this lock I developed the feeling for these pins.
GeGe locks usually come with heavily serrated drivers and enlarged plug chambers. The method I used to pick these locks is to start with light tension, just as strong as needed to not get the pins reset. Once they are all set (shear line or serration) I brush over the pins to get them loose from the enlargement. Next I probe each stack. If the stack is springy, it's pick. If it feels stiff, the the serration of the driver is caught at the shear line and needs to be picked. Sound easy, but I needed a lot of practice to get it work. Happy that I got a chance to add this to my skill set.
