Описание: Thanks for watching! My initial plan was to do 12 x 800m, but I shortened it to 4 x 800m given a time constraint. I'm really happy that this workout showed me where my speed limitations are. I ran the first 3 800s in the target pace (between 5:00/mi-4:40/mi). The last one was a bit slower at around 5:10/mi. I look forward to building this workout into my long session on Saturday, and I might consider replacing the 400m float with a 1.5-2 minute rest. It ended up being a low mileage day, but I'll make up for it the rest of this week. Still on track toward my goal of 65-70 miles. Happy running!
