Match Summary
In this Wild Platinum rank match, we see a patient setup from the Death Knight against a Dragon Druid. The goal is to survive the Druid's mid-game pressure long enough to assemble a specific combination of Undead and Deathrattle mechanics. The match culminates in a spectacular chain reaction that cracks the legendary Egg of Khelos multiple times in a single turn.

Deck Strategy
The "Eye of Khelos" Death Knight relies on a specific synergy to cheat out a massive 20/20 minion.

The Setup: You must play Brittlebone Buccaneer alongside The Eye of Khelos. The Buccaneer gives the Egg "Reborn" whenever it dies.

The Trigger: Use Corpse Explosion. Because the Egg has 0 Attack, it doesn't die from combat easily. Corpse Explosion deals 1 damage to everything, destroying the Egg.

The Chain: Because of "Reborn," the Egg comes back. Corpse Explosion repeats if a minion dies, killing the fresh Egg again. This breaks the Egg 5 times in seconds, summoning Khelos immediately.

The Finisher: Eternal Layover is used to clear the opponent's board while giving your massive Khelos "Reborn" ensuring it sticks to the board for the kill.

Game Strategy
Early Game: Focus on generating Corpses using low-cost minions like Morbid Swarm and Holy Eggbearer. You need a high corpse count to fuel the Corpse Explosion later.

Mid Game: Draw through the deck using Chillfallen Baron to find your combo pieces. Contest the board with Reanimated Pterrodax to stay alive against aggressive decks.

Late Game: Wait until you have at least 5 Corpses, the Egg, and the Explosion. Drop the combo and overwhelm the opponent with stats they cannot clear.

[07:10] To secure the win, the Death Knight plays Eternal Layover ("Give all minions Reborn then destroy all minions"). This clears the Druid's taunts while giving Khelos "Reborn." Khelos immediately respawns, leaving the opponent with no defenses.
