This summer I walked 3,000+ miles from the US border with Mexico to the US border with Canada along the Continental Divide Trail. I started my walk on the 10th of May and finished on the 12th of October, 2019. Along the way the trail passed through the states of New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana.
The milage that I have listed in this video was measured by a GPS that I wore from start to finish.
