Join me in this 35 Minute MOBILITY and FLEXIBILITY workout which can be done in a SMALL SPACE and WITHOUT EQUIPMENT. This routine improves RANGE of MOTION of joints and also LENGTHENS and STRETCHES muscles and tendons. It is the perfect routine as a cool down and/or any time you have tight muscles and want movement to improve posture and loosen stiff joints. The workout is adaptable to all fitness levels and can done in a small space any time of day-- morning when you wake up, before a workout, after a workout, and/or before bed.
