Описание: This lecture focuses on (1) justiciability and (2) judicial interpretations of the preamble of the Constitution of Bangladesh. It clarifies the constitutional position of the Preamble in Bangladesh comparing with India and other countries. It reaches to a conclusion that the trend of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh regarding justiciability of the constitutional preamble is in line with the latest trend in the global constitutional law. This lecture will be followed by a number of lectures in this field in order to have a comprehensive knowledge on justiciability and judicial interpretations of the preamble of the Constitution of Bangladesh.
