Machine learning is employed to enhance the chatbot's ability to understand the conversation and respond appropriately. Additionally, speech recognition and synthesis are used to provide assistance to individuals with hearing impairments. Overall, the project seeks to leverage technology to improve mental health support and accessibility for a wider range of individuals.
