"Ignorance is Bliss" (by Jellyfish) - REMIX

If you don't know what this is, let me tell you about an amazing piece of history. This song was part of an officially licensed Nintendo music album in 1991 called White Knuckle Scorin'. I read somewhere (probably the Wikipedia page) that artists were asked to provide music for the album, and Jellyfish were the only ones who made a song specifically about the characters. This song came out way before these characters had solidified to be what they are today, so I think it serves as a unique time capsule of what could be done with these personalities back when nobody knew what they were about and before they became a bit one-note.

There was also a fantastic animation done by a Newgrounds user known as Bug, or BigArmyBug way back in the day. Go watch it, it's an absolute classic and I think about it often.    • [HD] Ignorance is BLISS - Jellyfish  

This happened because FL got a new stem separator tool, so I asked myself "What's a great song that I've always wanted to remix but it was too complicated to transcribe?" This is that song. You can also hear some of the AI jank in there. I was certain I wouldn't actually end up finishing or posting this, but then I went and had too much fun with the song and made a fun video. OOPS.
