barely a recipe - more a springboard; I've been enlightened by a particular fast-food breakfast combo of chai and an 'eggs benedict bagel'. Could there be any better way to embrace this than to re-create it (mostly) from scratch? I did not age the cheese nor portion the bacon, perhaps that is the next big step. Let's do some cooking.
Note the incorrect use of high-grade flour instead of the named 'bread flour' in the video! My local-est supermarket did not supply what I needed. Could I have travelled to another source? Absolutely, but I was too keen.
