A: If the reset fails, try a new install instead as seen here:

Q: What are some other Function keys that may work?
A: Usually, I use F11 or F9. Some viewers have used F12. Lenovo Ideapad 330 has used F10.
Some models have a pin to press a 'reset style' button on the side or a NOVA button. This could be the case if you have an Ideapad S340, a s145,
