Chinese EV giant BYD is rolling out ultra-powerful 1500kW “flash charging” stations across China and planning expansion into Europe, aiming to make EV charging nearly as fast as refueling a gasoline car. The megawatt-level chargers can add up to about 400 km (≈249 miles) of range in around 5 minutes, marking a major leap in EV charging infrastructure and global competition
