Harissa Hummus, Garlic Hummus & Pita Bread (Attempt #1)
This is the first video I ever filmed for this channel but I never posted it.
In this video I’m making harissa hummus, garlic hummus, and homemade pita bread at high altitude using recipes from Middle Eats. The pita turns out a way that it shouldn’t.
This is Attempt #1.
The hummus works well enough and is super smooth, the pita doesn’t, and I talk through what went wrong and what I’ll change next time.
