Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S was released in 2025 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2 as a launch title. It was developed and published by Sega. It is an enhanced version of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2, originally released back in 2021. Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S includes everything from the original game with an added 2 vs 2 mode. Players can also control the game with the joycon's mouse functionality.
