The Union Home Minister Amit Shah made the big announcement in Tripura during an election campaign - giving credit to PM Modi for the completion of the Ram Temple. He also slammed the Congress for hindering the construction of the holy shrine in the courts of law. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge took a potshot at the Home minister- questioning if he was the mahant of the temple to be making the announcement in public.
