Описание: On 06-07-2018, the District Legal Services Authority, Cuddalore have conducted a Work Shop on POCSO Act, 2012 for the Judicial Magistrates, Assistant Public Prosecutors, Special Public Prosecutor and Inspectors of Police of Cuddalore District at the Office of Superintendent of Police, Cuddalore. The Hon'ble Chairman/Principal District Judge, DLSA, Cuddalore have chaired the Work Shop and delivered her Inaugural & Special Address on the Theme taken for Work Shop. Hon’ble I Addl District Judge, Hon’ble Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Superintendent of Police, Secretary of DLSA & Deputy Director of Prosecution, Judicial Magistrates, Additional Superintendent of Police, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Assistant Public Prosecutors, Special Public Prosecutor, Deputy Superintendents of Police & all the Inspectors of Police of Cuddalore District have participated in the Meeting. The Hon'ble Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Cuddalore have spoken at this Work Shop on the Theme as Resource Person. At the end of the Work Shop, an Interactive Sessions is also conducted, where the Police Officials have raised their doubts & questions regarding the Provisions & Procedural aspects of POCSO Act.
