Enhanced Flowline Finishing Tutorial - Autodesk Fusion 360 with PowerMill 2024.0

Описание: PowerMill 2024.0 includes a major enhancement to the "Flowline Finishing" strategy to simplify CAM programming and produce better quality results. A new stepover option has been introduced, called "tool tip", that removes the reliance on embedded patterns - a process that can be time consuming and error prone, especially when working with low quality imported CAD models. The new "tool tip" option can be used with a pattern containing two pieces of geometry and has been shown to create much better quality toolpaths in many more cases. The new option also supports the creation of a sprial toolpath, reducing the frequency of lead in/out moves that can leave visible marks on the machined part. The previous stepover option has been preserved (and renamed to "model") and should be used in cases where the feature to be machined is an undercut.
