The main cast includes Jean-Claude Van Damme (Bloodsport, Timecop, Hard Target) as Luc Deveraux, Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV, The Expendables, Masters of the Universe) as Andrew Scott, Ally Walker (Profiler, Sons of Anarchy, While You Were Sleeping) as Veronica Roberts, Ed O’Ross (Red Heat, Full Metal Jacket, Dick Tracy) as Colonel Perry, and Ralf Moeller (Gladiator, The Scorpion King, Pathfinder) as GR76.
