This arrangement is something very special. It comes directly from Linda Ronstadt’s piano (with permission!). Gene did this arrangement for her, but it was NEVER performed or recorded. What you’re hearing is the world premiere of a Puerling chart (and there may be more to come!). A huge thank-you to Mike Hawley for getting in contact with me and sharing this gem. It’s my pleasure to read and interpret this with my own musicality since there is no standard to compare it to!

Meg and I have been recording a lot together these past two weeks! We’ve recorded 3 different multitracks that you’ll hear between now and mid-January. She is a fantastic singer with a buttery-smooth voice and it’s such a pleasure to work with her!
