Onboard 52908 Ahmedabad - Mehasana Passenger led by SBI YDM4.
12:19 - Departing from Khodiyar Junction, a proceed on the Broad gauge line is seen and soon after ABR WDM2A comes rushing down the line with 19223 Ahmedabad - Jammu Tawi Express. Both the train were doing MPS when the overtake happened.
12:26 - We catch up with the train at Kalol, Jammu train was waiting for a crossing.
12:30 - We depart from kalol as WDM2A patiently waits fro Bikaner - Yesvantpur to enter loop so that it can take on us again.
12:39 - We depart from Isand and see the WDM2A charging towards us again. YDM4 shows its true color now as it accelerates madly to make the race interesting.
12:42 - We are made to slow down again for a stop. As soon as we stop at Pansar, WDM2A overtakes and goes out of site.
When i taught that is end of parallel action for the day...
13:03 - Departing from Dangarwa, one more proceed seen on BG line and i turn back and see VTA WDM3A closing on us with 18421 Puri Ajmer Express. Both the trains slowed down as there is permanent speed restriction of 75 kph and 50 kph for BG and MG respectively
