Another Singapore Food hack for you all! Sa sobrang nasarapan kami sa food trip sa Singapore, just had to recreate it and share the recipes with you, mga ka-Cheffies!!!
Singapore Chili Crab
1 tablespoon (8g) cornstarch
2 tablespoons (30g) water
Coconut Oil
1 red onion, minced
2 Tbsp ginger, grated
15 garlic cloves, minced
2-4 chiles, minced
2-4 whole big crabs
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups shrimp Broth
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup (125ml) hot-sweet chili sauce
Salt, to taste
Sugar, to taste
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Crab Mustard
