Step by Step Solution 2024

STEP3]:There are two options to install RD service on user system:
1.Uninstall old RD service drivers from PC and install fresh setup
2.Update/overwrite New RD service drivers on existing setup
Uninstall old RD service drivers from PC and install fresh setup
Go to Control Panel and uninstall Morpho RD Service.
Now uninstall MorphoSmart USB 64 bits driver
Go to C:\drive and delete MORPHORDLOGand MorphoRDServiceL0Softfolder
Now right click on new setup and click on Run as administrator.

Now right click on new setup and click on Run as administrator. Figure 5: Run as Administrator Click on Finishto restart system once installation will be completed
Once system will be restarted, user will get pop-up of “Device has been Registered Successfully”on screen. After that user can login into application to perform transactions.



Update/overwrite New RD service drivers on existing setupTo updateRD service directly on user system without uninstalling existing RD service please right click on new setup and Run as administrator


Click on Finishto restart system once installation will be completed.



Once system will be restarted, user will get pop-up of “Telemetry from Server Checked Successfully” on screen. After that user can login into application to perform transactions.
