Описание: This is a quick version of the 400 acre Rodgers Ranch overview. It shows the location of the property, 15 miles southwest of DownTown Austin, TX. It also shows the City of Austin Preserve Land that surrounds the property (over 8,500 acres, mainly to the West) and the new SH45 Tollway that will Extend Mopac Expressway to RR 1626 that is scheduled to be completed in March of 2018. This tollway will make access easier from the Northwest and will shorten the time that it takes to get to and from the ranch. The drive time as it is now is just a bit over 20 minutes to Down Town.
