Because whatever you are jealous of or resistant to is such a MIRROR!

Instead of focusing on how jealous you are of someone or something, see “jealousy” as a place holder for something you feel insecure about.

Is it about them?
Or is it about something within you that’s missing?
Is it something you need to feel more secure in a relationship or in your desire?
If it's possible for them, why wouldn't it be possible for you?
How are you standing in your own way of living a life you’re happy, secure and fulfilled in?

So that's lesson 1.

Lesson 2 is - choosing YOU is a lifestyle!

You aren't magically going to be "healed" one day.

This belief is a fraud that our “quick-fix” western mentality has programmed us with.

Choosing you is a lifelong journey and it gets better every step, every lesson, every reflection, every overcoming.

And you respect yourself more and more everytime. That's the beauty of it.

You start to enjoy the ever changing nature of life, yourself, and womanhood.

And lastly, lesson 3...Fear NEVER goes away.

Don’t try to be fearless. Our brains are wired to scan for danger.

So instead of avoiding and rejecting fear, learn how to be courageous enough with the fear.

Fear will continue to hold you back until YOU decide to EMBRACEEE HERRR!

Embrace the fear! Welcome her! Feel her! Listen to her! She's a wise part of you!
