Woke TV bosses have slapped a trigger warning on comedy legend Bob Monkhouse, claiming his “classic adult British humour” may offend modern viewers.
Fans watching his 1994 An Audience With… on ITVX are now greeted with a warning saying the programme “reflects the language and attitudes of its time”.
Viewers are also advised to switch on parental controls for the hour-long show, which sees Monkhouse entertaining a celebrity audience with jokes and candid answers to their questions.
Speaking with Comedian Paul Cox, Talk's Kevin O'Sullivan says: “If you feel offended, then I don’t care!”
