Описание: I purchased a Ergorapido 2in1 vacuum on the Electrolux website 7/25/23 and received it 7/27/23. I was happy to try out electrolux because everywhere I looked amazon, target and kohl's to name a few didn't carry them but I saw lots of Shark,etc. Now I know why they don't carry Electrolux. I set up the vacuum up (very easy)and charged it for over 5 hours. When I turned it on it lit up for 1 sec. (See video) Ok very disappointing but nothing compared to calling the number provided for returns. It is of course overseas. 1833-840-5925. I was hung up on once and transferred seven times. I was transferred to Curtis International 800-968-9853 and Frigidaire and back and forth between departments. Every department couldn't help but were happy to transfer me. No one could initiate a return. NOT A SINGLE PERSON. So in the end I called the credit card to dispute the charge. I would have been happy to return the defective product. FYI return policy is 15 days.
