Slow Motion: Thanks to "Samantha C" , Achieved by Enchanting any lvl60 Weapon with "Unstable weapon Etching" recieved in the "Experts Etching" quests on Kaitor (chamber of artisans). Etching effect last 10min and when it activates on a fight (10sec duration) atack speed will be reduced by -70% (can achieve a slower effect if after activating it, the character get hits by a Lancer Leash with "Slowing" glyph).
