This is a video overview of what I will be presenting at the Organization for Human Brain Mapping conference during Brainhack. I will be helping showcase Neurodesk, and in particular how its Jupyter notebooks can be used as a wrapper to run a diffusion-weighted imaging analysis using FSL's TBSS commands.
