I cranked up the AC charging to the max of 1800 watts and connected my solar panels to see how many watts of charging I could get - over 2300 watts, not bad!
I forgot to mention that I also had 3 outside led floodlights on.
The charge time was not reduced significantly when I turned the inverter off because when I plugged the Delta Pro into the grid power, the grid was running all of my lights in the shop by it's "pass-through" feature. The Delta Pro's batteries were not being used at all at that point. They were only charging.
The grid power going into the shop is 10ga. wire breakered at 30 amps. It easily handled the 1800 watt charging and the 350 watts draw from the shop lights too.
