Here’s what we knew about the AEW video game since January 2021:
Yukes and the No Mercy director Hideyuki “Geta” Iwashita will be producing it
The game will feature intergender matches
Yukes is building a new wrestling engine from the ground up
There will be no General Manager mode as it is a separate app you can download for iOS and Android
Blood will be added into the wrestling matches
The game will feel less like a sim and more like an arcade game
and Owen Hart will be a playable character.
