Hey everyone, we are back again but this time, we are going to bring you 2 recipes that you can easily make at home: Yam rice and corn soup. The yam rice is extremely easy to prepare with just 30 minutes of work. The soup is the perfect recipe for working adults as you can just pop the soup in the slow cooker before you leave the house in the morning and you can just come home right to perfectly boiled soup that is packed full of flavour.

For the Yam Rice recipe, you will need:
Main -
200g Yam
40g dried shrimps
12 dried mushrooms
4 shallots
2 cups rice
200g Chicken

Chicken Seasoning -
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp corn starch
Dash of white pepper powder
1 egg white (optional)

Seasoning -
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp white pepper powder
0.5 tbsp dark soy sauce (for colour, optional)

For the Corn soup recipe, you will need:
2 corn
1 carrot
Half yellow onion (optional)
5-6 red dates
150g spare ribs
40g dried scallops
Spring onions (optional for ganishing)
