High viscosity cold butter blocks weighing 25kg (55lbs) are notoriously difficult to work with in food production plants. They are heavy and awkward to transport, difficult to break down to a state suitable for mixing and if not 100% broken down, can lead to inconsistent product with lumps and corners in the mix causing varying results - not good if your customer is a global confectionery brand!
The BestPump BlockBuster system removes ALL of the issues normally encountered when working with awkward, heavy blocks of ingredient. Simply load the conveyor with blocks, enter your requirements on the control panel and the system does the rest. Chilled blocks become soft, strands of pliable product ready for mixing.
