The Hellenic Film Society USA hosted Greek-American Hollywood producer Celia Costas for an interview at the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria, NY. The Emmy Award winner discussed her body of work, her Greek roots, and how she pays it forward for others trying to make it in the film industry. She has served as producer of a wide range of film and TV projects, including tick, tick…BOOM!, The Undoing, The Girl on the Train, The Intern, August: Osage County, and Angels in America. The event was presented on Sunday, March 8, 2020, in association with New York Women in Film & Television (NYWIFT). The interview was conducted by Maria Miles, entertainment attorney and professor of entertainment law.
