THE PALLET CHANGER “GIVES YOU WINGS”

Toppy’s team, after a careful market analysis, has highlighted the main problems of large-scale distribution logistics, reason why we decided to develop an innovation that promises to solve all warehouse needs with ease.

The new machine is covered by patent, and greatly improves the effectiveness of the side press system, already highly appreciated by Toppy customers.

The new mobile pallet changer is called Side Press Falcon Wings and is already in production.

The first machine produced has already been successfully tested in an important logistics center in northern Italy, passing all tests as it handled the most difficult products, which until now could only be handled by hand.

The new patented system literally has “wings” on the Side Press Pallet Changer. In fact, two blades extended and inserted between the base of the product and the pallet (or between two rows of products) providing a solid base that also allows you to lift very heavy loads.

Who needs a pallet changer machines?

Why do you have to change the pallet?
There are several reasons why you need to change the pallet:

1. HEALTH AND HYGIENE - To comply with the health and hygiene rules that must be respected by pharmaceutical, food and other companies, it is necessary to separate goods from “reception area”, where the shipping pallet remains (usually wooden pallet), to the “white area”, where only sanitized pallets are allowed (usually aluminum or plastic’s pallet).

2. DAMAGE TO THE PALLET- In case of damage to the pallets during handling operation, with our Pallet Turner you can quickly replace all them without any damaging to the products.

3.DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT - In case of single damaged product, usually at the base of the load, it is possible the complete replacement without reassembling the entire pallet

At which products is possible to replace the pallet?
It is possible to replace the pallet to every kind of product. They are able to handle different kind of products: bags, boxes, vials, flasks, bottles, packages, big bags, drums, buckets, cans, reels, large cartons, batteries, etc. It will be our care to propose the model suitable for your need based on the type of product.

What is the difference between “tilting pallet changers” and “no tilting pallet changers”?
The type “no tilting pallet changers” are suitable for products that cannot be turned.
Differently, “tilting pallet changers” are used with products that allow them to be overturned without being damaged.


What is the difference between “mobile” and “stationary” pallet changer?
The mobile pallet changers are very versatile systems as do not need a specific area for the operation that can be performed in any warehouse area. It is also able to compensates the use of pallet truck as it allows the load transport.

The Stationary pallet turners are used by customers that need to change substantial amount of pallets / day. With stationary pallet changer, you need to dedicate a warehouse area for the pallet change operation.

What kind of batteries do mobile machines use?
The mobile pallet changers machines are equipped with the latest generation batteries with a duration of 8-10 hours. The service life can be increased with larger batteries. In addition, for mobile devices there is the possibility to have a “non-stop operating cycle”. We provide the optional “roll-on / roll-off”, a quick battery change system.

As for the stationary pallet change devices, they have no operating limit because they are connected to the electricity network.


It is possible to insert a pallet changer in logistic line?
Yes, our stationary pallet changer devices can be implemented in logistics lines. In addition to this, Toppy is able to create complete logistics lines.

It is possible to test your machines?
It is possible to verify the operation of the machines in different ways. We generally ask our customers to send us the products to test them directly in our warehouse.
If the customer wishes to test personally the effectiveness of our devices, we send videos with specific products and we plan organized visits to our factory.
