This exercise incorporates the lateral use of a leg exercise, a sideways movement that is essential especially for sports, as you don’t just move in the sagital plane ( going forwards or backwards ).
This is a fairly challenging exercise that will give you a good leg workout.
You can do between 4 ways round that would be 16, you can do 3 sets of it resting 1 minute between each one .
