Captured during an Easter visit to Maitland, to ride the "Picnic Train" tour to Werris Creek.
Maitland:
0759 hrs: 0638hrs Scone to Newcastle Interchange service arrives at Maitland with Hunter DMU set 2705/2755
0802 hrs: 0801hrs Telarah to Newcastle Interchange4 service with Hunter DMU set 2706/2756
0808 hrs: Pacific National loaded coal with TT131 & TT119 leading heads through the station with TT132 on the rear
Telarah:
0944 hrs: Steam loco 5917 running tender first, leads a “Picnic Train” special to through Telarah station bound for Dungog
Sandgate:
1206 hrs: Hunter DMU sets 2753/2703 departs Sandgate station with the 1153hrs Newcastle to Telarah service, passing a held Aurizon empty coal service from Kooragang Island, as a OneRail loaded coal led by XRN020, GWU007 & XRN005 heads towards Port Waratah.
